Works with Risk and Control owner teams to provide Risk support and help deliver against aligned customer, business, and strategic outcomes.
Produces timely and accurate data, documentation, and key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the monitoring of risk policies and appetite. Reports findings and deviations using concise and clear reporting and escalates appropriately to senior colleagues.
Delivers prescribed outcomes to support the management of effective, ongoing data-led Risk control objectives to meet the needs of risk and control owners, control specialist teams, Audit and external regulators.
Works with risk and control owner teams to investigate questions related to Risk and escalates as required to more senior colleagues.
Assists colleagues to deliver a risk and control oversight plan to assess compliance to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and/or established controls.
Assists in the management of actions on Risk events and breaches following Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Identifies issues and then suggests and implements improvements to control environment with guidance from senior colleagues.
Data Assessment - Works with guidance and may work independently to analyse data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
Data Management - Works under guidance to acquire, organise, protect, and process data to fulfil business objectives.
Risk Management - Identifies, assesses, prioritises, and manages risks in a production process with guidance (but not constant supervision).
Policies & Procedures - Works with guidance and may work independently to develop, monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organisational strategies and objectives.
Values - Actively exhibits and promotes the LBG Values and brings them into all work. Also participates in the wider enrichment of CCOR, and the wider Group, to be a great place to work.
Technical Background – Has extensive working experience of using SQL for data processing and building data pipelines to build analytical ready datasets for reporting via strategic visualisation tools such as Tableau & PowerBI.
Personal Development - You’ll drive your own personal growth, supported by your Line Manager, but building your skills for the future, and contributing to a strong team.
A background in behavioural analytics and external research would be highly advantageous.
An understanding of advanced data analytics techniques using Python or similar programming languages.
Experience of working in an Agile environment utilising tooling such as Jira and Confluence whilst actively contributing in agile ceremonies.

SALARY: £42,120 to £46,800
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at one of our Risk Hubs.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Conduct Analytics & Monitoring. You’ll monitor and support a range of Risk management processes and activities in alignment with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). Manage the timely and accurate production of high-quality documentation, reporting and analysis to support development of risk and control environment.
