- Oversee digital experience on Vince website through the management of product launches, site navigation, merchandising and content creation
- Manage day-to-day process and timelines, coordinating with buying/planning, web production and creative teams to ensure all inventory, images and copy deliverables are met for product launches and promotions
- Implement merchandising strategies, including site navigation, product categorization, predictive intelligence and site-search
- Create and test all promotions, campaigns, on-site banners and messaging for Vince website
- Own the relationship with external SEO agency and ensure all front and back-end optimizations are implemented
- Own data replications to ensure timely execution of content and merchandising updates
- Manage all App updates including push-notifications, homepage changes, and cart messaging
- Create seasonal lookbooks and blog articles through content management system
- QA test the site and App platform content daily; addresses opportunities for user-experience improvements, and troubleshoots in an agile working environment
- Partner with Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and IT teams to implement appropriate A/B and multi-variant testing for new site features and functions
- Assist with QA and UAT for code releases and site-enhancements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience, Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or other site analytics tools
- Well-versed in retail analytics and experience with metrics-driven decision making
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Able to prioritize and take initiative without supervision
- Proven leadership traits with strong organizational skills
- Performance-driven and results-oriented; takes initiative and demonstrates follow-through; proven self-starter
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
