Leadership of the Non European Manufactured Product Group of our Dept
Interdepartmental Coordination and Communication
Support of the Abbott Affiliates
Support or carry out related projects
Support Plan & Update cycles (Demand/Supply, Inventory, Freight)
Solicit & consolidate demand forecasts
Establish and carry out Dept. specific reports and KPI´s
Back up function for the Manager Int. Demand Planning Rgts.
Carry out PEX for the Non European Manufactured Product Group.
Coordination of the Backorder information flow of the group
Support the Affiliates with available information, reservations and special requests
Support Plan & Update cycles for his team at required due dates. Provide Supply Plan to the manufacturing sites
Establish Inventory and Freight Plan/Updates for his team at required due dates
Analyze Inventory and Freight monthly and explain variances
MDO control & Pot. MDO presentation
Analyze product shipments vs. FC´s, collect FC´s and revise numbers accordingly
Solicit & consolidate demand forecasts for your new & conversion products with a view to ensure product availability and to minimize MDO´s
Establish & carry out monthly/weekly reports & required KPI´s
University degree in Business Administration / Economics incl. Min.2 years of work experience, or equivalent training or work experience of at least 5 years in a related field.
Very good proficiency in English
Very good communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel & sound knowledge of other standard office software
Exceptional ability to meet tight deadlines
Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
