      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direction to staff and assist students and parents in understanding graduation requirements, course selection, and scheduling
      - Develop and implement counseling programs related to academic and career planning
      - Supervise the Personal Learning Plan (PLP) for each student and ensure the accuracy of transcripts
      - Counsel students and families through various issues, including course changes and withdrawal processes
      - Lead crisis prevention and management initiatives, including designing plans and coordinating support for at-risk students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of counseling experience, with at least 3 years in a virtual setting
      - Alabama Counseling Credential endorsement preferred
      - Advanced degree preferred
      - Technologically proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office products
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
