Job Description

1) Designing control circuits for specific machines / applications

2) Preparing wiring diagrams

3) Preparation of Bill of Materials for customer projects

4) PLC and HMI programming for machines and integration of systems

5) Technical documentation for customer orders as per ISO & CE requirements

6) Technical co-ordination and cross functional support on customer project topics.

7) Co-ordination with Center of Competence for software configuration and new module developments

8) Visit to customer sites for new projects, troubleshooting etc.

9) Cost reduction measures in the machines.

Qualifications

B.E. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation having 3-5 years’ experience in design and Control Systems

Domain of Secondary Packaging Machines / Packaging Machines / Special Purpose Machines

Sound knowledge of PLC and HMI programming for Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens.

Programming skills on languages example Ladder, STL.

Software tools Rockwell Studio 5000, Factory talk, Twincat, TIA Portal.

Hardware Compact logix, Beckhoff CX/CP series, S7-1200.

Knowledge in SAP & EPLAN is desired.

Knowledge of SCADA and data acquisition systems is desirable.

Good communication skill (both written and oral) with good inter personal skills and excellent analytical skills
