What you'll bring to the team
Job Summary:
The Assistant Master Model Builder (AMMB) is a guest facing role that is crucial to the LEGO experience by proactively inspiring and teaching guests to create interesting and imaginative builds. The AMMB consistently Champions guest engagement and a shared build experience, giving the guests the opportunity to interact directly with a Model Builder. The AMMB will work with the Master Model Builder (MMB) to offer workshops involving different levels of challenge/complexity to broaden the appeal and inspire the builders of today (and tomorrow!).
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Must be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, have a creative flair and the ability to create and maintain exciting LEGO Models and be able to adapt their approach to suit the model brief and audience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Ability to obtain related licensures or certification as may be required to perform the essential function of the position or as required by law. T

• Approaches “play” from a child’s perspective
• Understands nuance between speaking to children at different age ranges.
• Can talk to kids on their level, without condescension.
• Eye contact, get on their level, energy matching.

• Emphasizes the process in which we can improve; desire to share that journey with kids (and adults!)
