      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute merchandise assortments aligned with global, digital, and regional customer needs
      - Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production partners to meet customer needs and ensure profitability
      - Review seasonal investment strategies with Inventory Management to protect growth drivers
      - Analyze sales performance and marketplace information to identify business opportunities and risks
      - Communicate complex concepts clearly and participate in diverse project assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong strategic and analytical ability
      - Proven results-driven mindset with strong financial acumen
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting information
      - Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional partners
      - Capability to analyze problems and present creative and logical solutions
