What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside of the U-Haul center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
- Educate customers on U-Haul products and services, answering any questions they may have
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including the installation of hitches and trailer wiring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the moving and storage industry or customer service role
