      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the center in the General Manager's absence
      - Make real-time decisions to allocate time and resources effectively
      - Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service
      - Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
      - Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University to enhance skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Leadership experience in any capacity
      - Customer service experience
      - Flexibility to work various shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a management role within the service industry
      - Familiarity with U-Haul equipment and services
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with training or mentoring team members
