Pay range - $68,000-$89,000 Annual
Position Summary Description:
Acts as day-to-day manager of all night operations on Oahu. Oversees all supervisors and leads who manage teams in the night warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Understands and acts as role model of company’s mission, vision and core values.
2. Actively ensures that safety protocols are followed.
3. Plans, schedules and adjusts labor requirements to meet daily demand.
4. Onboards and trains all employees.
5. Brings warehouse and equipment needs to attention of Night Warehouse Manager.
6. Establishes and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) for replenishing, order selecting, loading, monthly generator testing and sanitation.
7. Monitors the accuracy of the multi-slot on a daily basis and assigns employees as needed to make corrections to secondary locations.
8. Monitors the CSR discrepancy report for items that mispicks and/or short on truck and damages.
9. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor.
10. Uses the Company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Two to five years of distribution or warehouse experience, preferably in the foodservice industry. Previous supervisory experience highly preferred.
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
