What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage RPM and virtual care service personnel
- Implement QA and QI measures
- Collaborate with Operations team on SOP implementation
- Ensure program conformity with internal policies
- Participate in hiring, on-boarding, and job description development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five or more years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously
- Registered Nurse credentialing required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in telehealth, virtual care, or remote patient monitoring
- Background in medical technology and patient monitoring
- Collaborative work experience with clinical engineering and information technology
