Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ($93,295 - $102,941)

Locations:This role sits within the DCS RNSW Duties Assessments Division in the Revenue NSW team!
About the team:
We are proud of our diverse and regional team and welcome flexible working. We are open to this role being based at any one of our offices - Parramatta, Gosford, and Wollongong. Regular travel may be required to engage with the team and our partners.
About Us:
Revenue NSW is both service provider and regulator. It supports sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and communications technology, corporate and shared services, consumer protection, administration of State taxation and revenue collection, and NSW land and property administration.
Your day-to-day:
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Officer to join the Duties Services team – Taxes & Grants branch of Revenue NSW.
The primary purpose of this role is carrying out complex duties assessments, prepare correspondence and manage customer enquiries.
In this role you will use a broad range of skills including client contact and communication skills, analytical and organisational skills, together with sound decision-making skills.
