Education: A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A Doctorate in Education or Educational Leadership is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in education, with a proven track record as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or a similar executive leadership role.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in instructional leadership and curriculum development.
Deep understanding of social-emotional learning and mental health initiatives.
Financial acumen and experience managing district budgets and resources.
