      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach online courses and provide high-quality instruction and mentoring to learners
      - Guide doctoral students through dissertation and capstone processes, ensuring timely completion
      - Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of course materials
      - Engage in school governance and serve on committees to support institutional goals
      - Contribute to professional service and practice within the community and professional networks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate (EdD, PhD, or DNP) from a regionally accredited institution
      - Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an online higher education setting
      - At least 2 years of clinical practice as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
      - Experience writing curriculum and scholarly writing using APA 7th edition
      - Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licenses in the state of residence
