      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as content expert for assigned courses and oversee course content delivery
      - Participate in course development and redevelopment in collaboration with faculty and instructional designers
      - Analyze feedback from students and course instructors to enhance course quality and performance
      - Mentor new faculty members and provide ongoing faculty development
      - Monitor faculty performance and ensure compliance with academic standards and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in nursing and a doctoral degree either in nursing or a related teaching specialty
      - Current advanced practice nurse licensure and National Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
      - Minimum of two (2) years of full-time teaching experience
      - Experiential preparation to teach assigned courses
      - Excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative and judgment

      - Experience in faculty recruitment and orientation processes
      - Familiarity with accreditation standards and requirements
      - Previous involvement in curriculum development and assessment
      - Strong mentorship abilities to guide faculty and students in academic excellence
