      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Fulfill assigned teaching load in courses and clinical education
      - Participate in assessment activities for courses and programs following a continuous improvement plan
      - Utilize various teaching methodologies to facilitate student learning outcomes
      - Provide timely feedback and academic advising to students
      - Mentor students and faculty as assigned by the department or program dean/chair

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum three years of clinical supervision of speech-language pathology students at a clinical site or in higher education
      - At least three years of documented clinical practice in speech-language pathology
      - Graduate degree with an emphasis in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
      - Knowledge of accreditation standards and strong supervisory and management skills
      - Familiarity with technological support and delivery of program area and services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PhD/Ed.D. in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders, or graduate degree with Board Certification Specialty
      - Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and the teaching/learning process
      - Evidence of strong teaching skills as shown by student evaluations and peer reviews
