      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and teach online graduate courses in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program
      - Provide ongoing advisement to graduate-level counseling students
      - Supervise practicum and internship students, ensuring alignment with community partnership vision
      - Participate in university, department, and program committees to support CACREP accreditation
      - Use technology to enhance clinical experiences for students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - ABD status (graduation by May 2026) or earned Doctorate from a CACREP Accredited Counselor Education and Supervision Program
      - Licensure/associate licensure as an LPC or LMHC
      - Active certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC)
      - Evidence of a comprehensive counseling background and professional counselor identity
      - Experience supporting CACREP accreditation processes and previous teaching experience in online modalities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior teaching experience in counselor education programs with evidence of culturally responsive teaching methods
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills demonstrated through active participation in academic and professional counseling committees
      - Certification as an approved clinical supervisor (ACS)
