      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Operations Team staff in the daily maintenance and operation of programs
      - Create and maintain program departure reports ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
      - Develop and deliver onsite program documents and reports for participants and group leaders
      - Contact program participants to gather missing information and track special requests
      - Provide additional support to Operations Team as needed, including customer service requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
      - Required experience in a busy office environment; some experience in the travel industry is preferred
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Polished verbal, written, and email communication skills

      - Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Familiarity with complex database systems and data management
