      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Data Collection, Environmental, and Property Condition Services team
      - Utilize company applications for project management and coordination
      - Assist in scheduling and booking travel for team members
      - Evaluate workloads and balance assignments among team members
      - Perform clerical duties such as preparing meeting materials and coordinating calendars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
      - Strong adaptability to varying tasks and environments
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in project coordination or management
      - Familiarity with real estate or environmental assessment processes
      - Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data
      - Proven track record of effective time management and organization skills
