What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Project Manager with project tasks to ensure success
- Draft meeting materials and schedule meetings as required
- Track RFI process and change orders, ensuring timely updates
- Manage material deliveries and progress tracking information
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Unifier
- Strong communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in project management or renewable energy industry
- Knowledge of safety, construction, commissioning, and testing processes
