What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onsite support during all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless administrative coordination and communication
- Assist with customer-facing activities, supporting issue resolution and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate employee security processing and onboarding requirements
- Support program financial management by liaising with finance, contracting teams, and government representatives
- Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, and training sessions while preparing reports, agendas, presentations, and other documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in project or administrative support
- Experience assisting across full project lifecycles, including coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in scheduling, meeting coordination, file management, data collection, and report preparation
- Excellent communication, research, and proofreading skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
