Assist with and oversee daily leasing operations, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Review renewals and implement retention strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.

Prepare and submit eviction documentation when necessary.

Conduct routine property inspections and address deficiencies within budget.

Market the property to ensure strong curb appeal and competitive positioning.

Manage community financial records and approve expenditures in a timely manner.

Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt response to work orders and quality unit turns.

Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Supervise and support team members, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.

Uphold and model company values, policies, and professional standards.

Prepare regular reports for ownership and leadership on community performance.

Experience in residential property management or a related role (e.g., Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor).

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Location: Middle River, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 annually
