      Cerner Enviza an Oracle company has a vacancy for a trainee position of Assistant Research Analyst with interest and/or knowledge in healthcare and medical research. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will work primarily on international quantitative healthcare related projects.
      Committed to client service and research excellence, you will be expected to support the project team to deliver on client requests. To be successful, this person, in conjunction with the project team, will be fully involved in all the stages of research studies, from the study set up to the final delivery/report and will be a key player in the analysis of the studies.
      You will have the opportunity to go beyond local data and work on data analysis in studies with one or multiple existing data sources across all continents.

      KEY OUTCOMES
      • Runs, under the supervision of a Research Analyst and/or a Project Manager, the full management of healthcare research studies, from set up to final report and presentation to end clients;
      • Good writing skills ;
      • Performs data quality checks to verify accuracy;
      • Checking questionnaires links checking to ensure quality, instructions monitoring and consistency;
      • Discusses report design and analysis axes with Project team and be in charge of the design of report template and the final report;
      • Interacts with Data processing suppliers to ascertain analysis required for the clients are fully implemented and accurate;
      • Commits to enhancing skills and knowledge and seeks to expand level of responsibilities;
      • Possesses a strong ability to organize self-planning, to multitasking and ability to work with different teams;
      • Ease with Microsoft pack (Excel, PPT);
      • Interest in data/numbers/figures;
      • Inquisitive minded, meticulous, conscientious, and committed to client service and research excellence;
      Basic Qualifications:
      • Bac+2/3 or Bachelor or master’s degree; preferably in Sciences, Biology studies, Statistics/Applied statistics, economics, pharmacy degree or any scientific academic background;
      • A knowledge of statistical and data management/analysis software (SAS, R ) will be a plus;
      • Fluency in English C1 minimum;
      • Works with project team to analyze findings to meet client needs;
      • Team player;
      • Any experience or significant interest towards the healthcare sector or pharma industry would be a plus;
