What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules and CAS workstreams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality solutions and support ERP system deployment
- Develop and manage comprehensive product requirements and functional specifications
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate business processes
- Provide training and support to end-users for successful product launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP applications, including implementation and support
- Proven ability in the RTR module within SAP and experience with CAS
- Strong understanding of Defense industry accounting standards and audit/reporting requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience (7+ years) with SAP applications, specializing in the RTR module
- Proven track record in ERP/S4Hana implementations
- Familiarity with GM accounting processes and SAP functionalities
- Experience applying process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows
