      Assistant Site Director

      This role involves overseeing and training various associates while ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with policies. It requires flexibility in work schedule, minimal supervision, and maintaining a safe environment, along with managing inventory and reporting to leadership.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Indirectly responsible for coaching, supervising, and training Grocery Associates, Maintenance Associates, and Nutrition Associates.

      • Initiates, coordinates, and ensures operational effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures of CCAC, funding bodies, and external vendors.

      • Creates an environment that fosters exceptional client interaction and experience.

      • Operates with minimal supervision and consults with the supervisory chain in situations that may present a risk, including conflict resolution with customers, staff, or vendors.

      • Ensures a clean, safe, and secure environment, including completion of facility repairs.

      • Assists with inventory management. Supports monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data. Assists with monthly reporting, research, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

      • Effectively delivers timely written and verbal reporting of Center operations to WIC leadership team.

      • Maintains flexibility in work location and schedule, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays

      Directly Supervises: N/A

      Indirectly Supervises: Grocery Associates, Maintenance Associates, and Nutrition Associates.

      Education and Experience Requirements:

      Relevant Education:

      Preferred: Associates Degree

      Minimum: High School/GED

      Relevant Experience:

      Minimum: 1-2 years of relevant experience

      Supervisory and Retail Experience; Basic Microsoft Office Skills Word, Excel, and Outlook

      Preferred: 2-4 years of relevant experience

      Management and Retail Experience; Advance Microsoft Office Skills Word, Excel, and Outlook

      Certification/Licensure:

      Minimum: Food Handler Certification

      Preferred: SERV safe Manager Certification
