      About The Role

      The Assistant Site Merchandiser is part of a high-performing team that blends art and science in site merchandising. You will manage the end-to-end site experience, ensuring alignment with product, promotional messaging, pricing, and marketing strategies. Collaborating with various teams, you will help deliver a top-tier online shopping experience, bringing product strategies to life across multiple digital touchpoints.

      What You'll Do

      • Utilize analytics and customer engagement metrics to optimize the site experience.
      • Ensure site merchandising aligns with seasonal investments, market trends, and brand direction.
      • Generate and review reports to support business assessment and recommend site actions.
      • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, and other teams for campaigns and product launches.
      • Manage seasonal content requests, product tagging, and taxonomy setup.
      • Maintain high-quality site work, understanding its impact on customer experience.
      • Lead weekly site review meetings discussing upcoming launches and promotions.
      • Perform daily QA to ensure proper site setup and navigation.
      • Use third-party tools for recommendations, SEO, and testing initiatives.
      • Collaborate on site technology testing and implementation, acting as SME for key tools.
      • Stay updated on digital trends, site taxonomy, and technology advancements.

      Who You Are

      • Experienced in merchandising or e-commerce.
      • Passionate about customer experience and visual merchandising.
      • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
      • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Miro, PIM systems, and digital tools.
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

      Salary Range: $67,900 - $86,600 USD. Compensation varies based on qualifications and location.
