- Participates in executive-level development of the Organization’s plans and residential programs as a strategic business partner.
- Evaluates and advises on long-term strategies impacting overall organizational performance.
- Establishes credibility throughout the Organization and the State/National business environment as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Responsible to oversee agency operations in for residential care programs.
- Actively participates in strategic planning for the enterprise.
- Provides staff training and mentoring opportunities.
- Works with other departments to design, implement and refine agency policies and procedures.
- Assists in the administration of grants, contracts, and affiliation agreements within residential programming areas.
- Responsible to assure cross-divisional integration throughout the organization.
- Manages systems to eliminate or reduce risk.
- Oversees hiring, development, supervision and retention of qualified staff.
- Actively participates as a liaison for assigned community, state and national affiliations and governmental entities.

What you will do?
As the Assistant Vice President of Residential Services you will work closely with the VP of Operations to lead financial, operational, client and people initiatives to ensure that clients achieve success. This position will provide operational oversight to multiple locations and programs while serving as general leadership for staff and management while participating in strategic planning and community/regulatory/funder relations. What you need:
You need an advanced Degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field or related field plus 8+ years of directly related experience is required. Must be able to demonstrate success at increased levels of responsibility.
