      Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – People Advisory Services – Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

      Works across industry sectors to support clients in creating and implementing organizational structures that drive business performance and strategic goals. As a fundamental enabler of successful transformation, Organization Design supports enterprises in evolving from their current state to future-ready organizations, whether through targeted restructuring, comprehensive operating model transformations, or the establishment of new global business services and capabilities.

      We partner with business leaders to architect organizations that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making effectiveness. Our teams work collaboratively across disciplines, combining deep technical expertise with practical implementation experience. We regularly engage with C-suite executives, advising them on critical design choices that shape their organizations' future. Our work spans from detailed structural analysis to high-level operating model design, ensuring that organizational structures enable strategy execution and sustainable performance. We help clients navigate complex organizational challenges through rigorous methodology and proven frameworks while maintaining operational excellence.       We are looking for experienced candidates with demonstrable experience across all industries sectors in delivering future state organizational structures . We have several exciting, client facing roles for individuals with demonstrable experience delivering GBS, Target Operating Model and establishing captives programs.

      Responsibilities

      • Design and implement organizational structures using proven methodologies to optimize workflow, reporting relationships, and decision rights

      • Lead comprehensive organization design initiatives including spans and layers analysis, role definition, governance design, and operating model development

      • Transform client organizations through scientific application of organization design principles, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure, processes, and people

      • Conduct detailed organization assessments including capability mapping, organizational network analysis, and structural efficiency diagnostics

      • Develop and implement GBS and shared services operating models that optimize organizational effectiveness while reducing operational costs

      • Guide clients through complex matrix organizational designs, balancing global standardization with local market needs

      • Lead organization design workshops and facilitate decision-making sessions with C-suite executives

      • Direct the development of detailed organization charts, RACI matrices, and role descriptions that support new organizational structures

      • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in organization design tools and analytics platforms (e.g., OrgVue . to conduct detailed organizational analyses, including spans and layers assessments, workforce modeling, and organizational network analysis.

      • Create data-driven insights to support design decisions and track transformation progress.

      Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum Q ualifications

      • Y ears of consulting experience, with deep expertise in organization design theory and implementation

      • Advanced certification in Organization Design methodologies

      • Proven track record of leading large-scale org design transformations across multiple industries

      • Deep understanding of various organization design frameworks and their practical application

      • Experience in designing and implementing matrix organizations and global operating models

      • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite level exposure

      • Global project experience and willingness to travel up to 25 %

      Preferred Q ualifications / Skills

      • Y ears of consulting experience, with deep expertise in organization design theory and implementation

      • Advanced certification in Organization Design methodologies

      The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$ 100,000 to $ 125,000 ]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
