      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic direction and execution of the underwriting operational strategy for the property portfolio at the enterprise level
      - Analyze performance metrics of the existing book of business and provide strategic recommendations for improvement to executive management
      - Develop and implement operational objectives to achieve company growth and profitability goals
      - Oversee the corporate property underwriting team while fostering a culture of collaboration and development
      - Direct the development of underwriting and training tools at both branch and enterprise levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in an insurance or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of ten years of commercial property underwriting experience in progressively responsible roles
      - Prior leadership experience in a relevant field
      - Insurance certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AU, or CIC
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and superior organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree, such as an MBA
      - Extensive knowledge of countrywide underwriting techniques and commercial property underwriting business
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
      - Strong presentation and communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
