      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead Risk of Harm analysis for complex privacy incident investigations and mentor investigation resources
      - Collaborate with the legal team to ensure effective privacy and data protection contracting terms
      - Support processing of patient requests for medical records and maintain appropriate privacy documentation
      - Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws
      - Develop and oversee the company’s privacy policies and deliver training throughout the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expert level knowledge in privacy regulations, including federal, state, and international laws
      - Minimum of 7 years of legal and/or privacy experience in healthcare (payer or provider)
      - Strong business acumen in privacy and data protection risk management
      - BA or BS required; JD preferred
      - Ability to travel for in-person reviews and training as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Management experience over privacy incident investigators
      - Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience with compliance and privacy tools
