- Select, build, coach and supervise a team of passionate, engaging and high quality Medication Technicians (MedTechs) and Resident Assistants (RA’s) who are responsible for providing the Assisted Daily Living Services (ADL’s) to our residents.
- Through your leadership, you will hold the team accountable for meeting all mission, quality, safety and other performance standards.
- You will develop, monitor, and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate staffing to meet our Brightview service standards and budget.
- Conduct routine rounds of the community.
- Participate in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition.
- Assist in the development of the Resident Care Plan.
- Help conduct trainings / in-services.
- Participate in the weekend Manager on Duty rotation to ensure that our associates, residents and families have support on weekends.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social science or similar discipline, and/or many years of experience in a senior living environment as a leader.
- You are passionate about caring for people and have experience in Assisted Living or a similar environment.
- Leadership experience and the desire to really engage and mentor a team.
- You're able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands for your time and attention.
- You see the value and believe in the importance of building relationships with residents and their families.

I t is important to note that the ALD will report to the community's Executive Director. At a Brightview community, The Assisted Living Director exemplifies the vision, the mission, and the vibrancy of the organization and leads the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Team work and collaboration are instrumental to the success of our communities, and in this role you will work with the internal leadership team, including our Health Services Director, and our external partners to oversee and guarantee that our Assisted Living resident’s needs are not only met, but delivered with vibrancy.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will get to:
Compensation Disclosure$65,000 - $75,000 / year
The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate’s offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.
