  A mudança é uma constante em S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) e esta é uma oportunidade de atuar como um Assistente de Logística para atuar na área de (S&OP) na Volvo do Brasil. O foco das atividades a serem desempenhadas nesta posição, tem por objetivo garantir a manutenção e alinhamento entre fluxos de informações.

  Principais atividades

  Extração e importação de dados do sistema (CICS), carregamento e atualização de informações em tabelas, controle de prazos (recebimento, envio e atualização de listas de materiais), atualização de indicadores relacionados a performance de ações (comerciais ou não), que tenham influencia no comportamento da demanda de peças de reposição, geração de reports, criação e manutenção de dashboards, preparação de resumos para reuniões semanais. A frequência destas rotinas, são separadas em diárias, semanais, mensais e algumas até anuais! Por isso a atenção quanto ao cumprimento de datas, recebimento, processamento e envio de informações são importantes dentro desta função.

  A comunicação constante com as áreas dentro da logística de pós-venda, bem como com as demais áreas crossfuncionais será necessária e chave para alcançar os resultados esperados.

  • Curso superior (completo ou cursando) Administração ou Engenharia
  • MS Office intermediário (Excel, Word e Power Point)
  • Power BI, Power Platform, Sharepoint365
  • Planejamento, organização e controle
  • Inglês nível intermediário
  • Negociação e senso de urgência
  • Relacionamento interpessoal
  • Foco no cliente e nos resultados
  • Eficiência de Processos, cultura LEAN e Melhoria Continua
  • Conhecimento em PDCA e Kaizens
  • Afinidade em trabalhar com dados e diferentes formatos de arquivos, é considerado um diferencial
