      At Triple D Communications , as an Associaet Anaylyst Fleet Services , you’ll assist the Fleet Manager with day to day fleet activities.

      What you’ll do as n Associate Analyst Fleet Services

      • Perform quarterly and annual asset audits and inventory
      • Assist operations team to keep all vehicles/equipment compliant and in good working order
      • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and vehicles
      • Assist with receiving of new equipment and disposal of old equipment
      • Obtain tags, titles and registrations
      • Assist in preparing new vehicles for service (install company decals, DOT numbers, DriveCam equipment)
      • Review fuel card usage, evaluate fuel consumption
      • Create purchase orders as needed for repairs
      • Will be responsible for Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky territories



      What you’ll need

      • To be 18 years of age or older
      • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
      • 3 years of previous fleet experience
      • Valid driver's license
      • Ability to travel as needed
      • Strong Excel skills and use of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, asset software, etc
      • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
