What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure 100% on-time supply and positive customer experience for the entire region
- Support logistics strategy and on-time launches in new markets
- Manage day-to-day escalations and drive resolution for customer service issues
- Lead supply chain cross-functional projects to design, build, and implement core processes and standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, direction, and support to the associates within Supply Chain
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous leadership experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and standards
- Experience with deviation and CAPA management
- Ability to support strategic and tactical planning for products and clinical programs
- Familiarity with Novartis policies and procedures, GMP requirements, and transportation compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of NFCM requirements, customs/VAT, and controlled substance requirements
