As a Shipping/Stockroom Associate, you are happiest when you are moving, and we will not disappoint!

  What You'll Be Doing:

  -Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks and shelves, or vehicles, such as trucks.

  -Stack or pile materials, such as bins, boxes, or pallets.

  -Receive, Put-away, Pick, Deliver and Pack items according to specific processes.

  -Record number of units handled and moved, using daily production sheet or work tickets.

  -Attach material identification tags/label information on containers.

  -Cleans work area, using brooms, rags, and cleaning compounds.

  What You'll Bring :

  -H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent

  -Exert force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

  -Bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.

  -Listen/Read to understand information and ideas presented.

  -Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, and mathematical operations).

  -Quickly move hands, grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.

  -Be able to frequently lift material up to 40 lbs. and can stand for an 8-hour shift.

  (We provide training and information on body mechanics, accurate lifting techniques, and stretching routines to enable employees to protect themselves from harm!).

  We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $21.00 an hour.
