What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product demand forecasts, sales trends, and supply chain dynamics within the diabetes business unit
- Execute inventory analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize stock levels
- Utilize advanced forecasting tools and data analytics to generate accurate inventory forecasts
- Implement and manage inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocks, and obsolescence
- Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to streamline production schedules and logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
