      The Assoc Supply Structures Analyst will be responsible for understanding complex business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements and coordinating communication among various, cross functional business groups and IT in the process improvement space. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating such projects and partnering with technical teams in the solution definition of Information Technology projects. The position is responsible for ensuring consistent standards and practices are in harmony with IOPS goals.

      As an Assoc Supply Structures Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

      • Identify opportunities to improve business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the IOPS organization, key strategic changes, programs and / or other critical initiatives through continuous improvement and business process re-engineering.
      • Facilitate process and redesign workshops with a diverse business community to document current and future state business processes.
      • Ability to interact independently with business users to document clear and testable requirements, identify potential solutions, and recommend process/system changes to improve efficiency and business outcome.
      • Draw on cross-functional knowledge to represent supply chain in implementation projects for the business process design, implementation, and maintenance.
      • Participates as a key member of implementation projects, which may include requirements gathering, application design, software configuration, testing, validation, and end-user knowledge transfer.
      • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
      • Helps facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
      • Collaborates in the creation, review and approval of various forms of documentation.
      • Assists Supply Structure Team with regular meetings, goal setting, metrics, and reporting.
      • Promotes the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
      • Embraces and promotes the IOPS culture of The Regeneron Way.
      • May require domestic U.S. travel, potential international travel approximately up to 10%.

      This role may be for you if:

      • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
      • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
      • Ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
      • Experience creating requirements, design documents and test scripts
      • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
      • Experience in a GMP environment helpful.

      In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a bs/ba in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background. May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process.

      The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

      Salary Range (annually)

      $58,480.40 - $89,300.00
