What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service to patients and providers during inbound and outbound phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments and navigate complex situations while making sound decisions
- Capture and document customer information using messaging systems
- Educate and advise patients about appointment processes and locations
- Ensure accuracy in responding to customer inquiries and requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls professionally
- Basic knowledge of patient scheduling processes and systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and assist patients with their needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
