What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work a group of delinquent accounts via an automated dialer system, negotiating payment arrangements to bring accounts current
- Document all actions taken on accounts within the system of record
- Service accounts by submitting service requests, complaints, and updating contact information
- Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance
- Support other departments as necessary to meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of collection or relevant experience
- High school graduate
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in automotive finance industry
