What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate payment arrangements for delinquent accounts via an automated dialer system
- Document all actions taken on accounts within the system of record
- Service accounts as needed by submitting service requests and complaints
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance performance
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of collection or relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and soft skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a financial services environment
