- Ensure that the AP Queues are managed effectively for AP Tasks that require local language capability – ie. Manual Queue for France.
- Respond to all French queries either by phone or by e-mail.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations for highly complex or critical suppliers
- Process adhoc/manual payment requests and liaise with the Treasury team to ensure prompt and accurate payment
- Ad hoc duties (including projects) as required to assist the Global AP Teams
- Support the Global SSC Team from within the region
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Assist in annual UAT and regression testing for current and new projects
- Resolve and clearing of direct debit vendor accounts.
- Processing down payments and clearing vendor accounts
- Coordinate with Global SSC team, EMEA business team and suppliers to get issues resolved timely

We are looking for an Associate Accounts Payable Analyst (French speaking) to be responsible for all AP Activity that requires regional language – French. It’s a crucial role to handle complex queries, non-standard invoice processing, and associated supplier enquiries, for businesses throughout Kohler EMEA regions where French language skills are required. A key focus of the role will be to provide excellent customer service to all customers, internal and external, including close collaboration with our global shared services centre (SSC) in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and a Fluent French speaker• Ideally you have an awareness of Accounts Payable practices across different countries (ie compliance)• Good knowledge of ERP systems, i.e. SAP preferable but not essential.• Confidence in system utilisation and process improvements• Strong customer service skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues• Exemplary communication skills – both written and spoken in English and French• Experience of working in a team, ideally in a Shared Service environment• Experience working on OCR software and automation• Ability to work on own initiative, with excellent time management skillsWhy Work at Kohler?
