      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish statistical plans and analytical tools for product analysis, classification systems, and reserves
      - Assist in setting pricing objectives through forecasts and developing strategies for product development and risk management
      - Utilize actuarial modeling software for pricing, valuation, and risk management to support product development
      - Monitor industry trends and regulations to maintain knowledge of market conditions and innovative alternatives
      - Champion and implement innovative solutions while training team members on improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related Actuarial/business/analytical experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 4 years Actuarial/business/analytical experience and an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS)
      - Experience in developing innovative actuarial analyses and processes
      - Experience in metric development and monitoring
      - Strong communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with R, Python, SQL, or Snowflake
      - Familiarity with Igloo simulation platform
      - Capital modeling experience
