      Title and Summary

      Associate Analyst, Business Development - Launch 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah

      Open Banking Sales Operations team support the all sales and Client Success Manager from a sales process perspective. From salesforce, contracting, reporting, sales compensation, RFPs. We also act a liaison to provide updates, training and support from other teams as in marketing, product, etc. Sales Operations also support the first stage of client onboarding, right after a client signs a contract. The Launcher will learn about Mastercard Open Banking products, sales processes, sales and project management tools.


      Job Description
      • Support the vetting and assignment of leads that are received by Mastercard Open Banking.
      • Support the Client Success team by completing operational tasks and processes.
      • Create and execute new processes to onboard new upsell sales.
      • Assist in upkeep of internal documentation
      • Assist in Request for Information and Request for Proposal processes.
      • Assist in updating Salesforce.com dashboards and reports for all sales team members.
      • Support change management processes with updates to client agreements and contracts.
      • Support communication between sales teams and the rest of the company i.e., marketing, compliance, legal, security, etc.
      • As needed, take notes, record action items, and follow up on all Sales team and external consultant meetings.

      All About You
      • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree program, graduating between Dec 2023 and June 2024
      • experience with Salesforce preferred. Microsoft Office experience highly preferred (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
      • Analytical, strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority levels.
      • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues effectively

      In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.       Salt Lake City, Utah: $52,000 - $81,000 USD
