Job Description

- Research, compile and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics
- Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets
- Perform routine administrative, system related, and operational support tasks
- Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of reports used in analytics
- Regularly receive direction from manager and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
- Interact with immediate team, peers, manager on policies and procedures
- 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of reporting, manipulating data and/or trending
- Familiar with spreadsheets
- Ability to provide process improvements and troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of Monarch software
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and business partners
- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
