What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters across state and federal courts
- Manage case files and prepare legal documents for tort, landlord-tenant, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, or auto cases
- Engage in legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely case progression

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-6 years of litigation experience in relevant areas of law
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong analytical and legal research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in trial settings
- Additional certifications or specializations within civil litigation
- Proven track record of managing complex cases
- Familiarity with legal technology and case management software
- Strong networking skills within the legal community
