      Associate Attorney

      Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to strengthen their Family Law Litigation team. This role demands a proactive legal professional who is adept at navigating the complexities of family law. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of legal practice dynamics and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases.

      Focus:

      • Help in supervising and guiding every facet of family law litigation, aiding in crafting and executing thorough legal approaches.
      • Collaborate closely with a diverse team including paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and the billing department to facilitate case progression and ensure smooth operations.
      • Participate in the full lifecycle of case management, from initiation through resolution, ensuring legal processes align with client objectives.
      • Ensure all legal proceedings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and professional ethical standards.

      Skill Set:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation, with demonstrated proficiency in managing cases and achieving positive outcomes.
      • Track and manage billable hours effectively, ensuring accuracy and accountability in timekeeping.
      • Demonstrated capacity to guide and oversee a diverse team, fostering seamless teamwork and optimizing performance throughout all phases of legal proceedings.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to handle high caseloads and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing outcomes while maintaining sensitivity to confidential matters.
      • Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
      • Mandatory licensure to practice law in the pertinent state(s) is required
