      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain client benefit portals, including site setup, annual updates, testing, data imports, and troubleshooting
      - Serve as a systems subject matter expert, providing client support and triaging inquiries
      - Deliver ad-hoc training and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies
      - Ensure data integrity through auditing system information and preparing client communications
      - Support special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing analytical or benefits administration role
      - Proficiency in Excel required
      - Strong troubleshooting, data management, and organizational skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Team-oriented with a commitment to client service and problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Experience with Employee Navigator or similar platforms is a plus
