      We are seeking a driven and passionate Associate Marketing Manager to assist in the execution of the go-to-market planning and execution for Sun Day Red. As Associate Marketing Manager you will be in the center of our storytelling efforts in the creation & execution of highly visible and impactful campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent for the company’s products. This position will play an important role in delivering and flawlessly executing the full scope of the holistic go-to-market plan.

      Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

      • Drive the go to-market launch process, briefing cross functional support teams, planning, reviewing, recommendations for KPIs, reviewing marketing communication, asset creation and ensuring alignment of key messaging and positioning across all channels:
        • Business GTM: ensures the operational and business goals are aligned for the product launch
        • Marketing GTM: ensures that all collateral, PR, social, and external communication plans line up with the product launch
        • Product GTM: ensures that the value proposition, positioning, and messaging aligns with the company goals
      • Support development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Be the expert on competitors messaging to identify opportunities.
      • Oversee and manage the process for product photography, including managing key documents, ensuring deadlines are hit, product is where it needs to be, and photography is up to brand standards.
      • Manage the master go-to-market calendar, ensuring all teams are aware of upcoming initiatives and campaigns, and are working together in alignment to execute.
      • Facilitate bi-weekly GTM cross functional meetings. Hold team members accountable to strategy, deadlines and execution of work.
      • Lead post-mortem sessions to define future improvement areas by conducting and reporting on post-campaign analysis including ROI metrics.
      • Assist in the training of all teams on the value proposition, positioning, and how the product aligns with the goals of the company.
      • Participate in development of comprehensive consumer launch presentations with detailed plans for achieving desired KPI’s deliverables and goals for share-outs with leadership team.
      • Leads brainstorms with cross-functional teams to develop ideas on how to bring product to market and encourages group participation/ ideation. Collaborate with marketing, sales and outside agencies to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
      • Manage the day-to-day for external creative, video, production, and paid media processes for key initiatives assigned.
      • Create relevant documents and get approvals from key decision makers. Documents includes, but are not limited to: creative briefs, content briefs, messaging documents, photoshoot plans/schedules, sell-in/training presentations and customer-facing collateral and marketing materials.
      • Manage the day-to-day execution of promotional events, ensuring the brand and product is well represented at events, on strategy, and all deliverables of the partnerships are met.
      • Communicate updates, status of relevant projects, and business results to relevant team members, agency partners, and others in a timely and appropriate manner.
      • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

      Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

      • Broad understanding of brand management and how all facets of the marketing mix can influence consumer behavior, market performance, competitive dynamics, etc.
      • Self-starter that takes initiative, anticipates and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problematic.
      • Strong project management skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading/editing, content writing and research capabilities. Ability to clearly present ideas to groups.
      • Outgoing personality able to quickly develop relationships at all levels of an organization and across functions.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), with advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
      • Thrives in fast-paced, growing, rapidly changing environment

      Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
      • 3+ years’ experience in marketing/marketing analytics/product marketing.
      • Passion/interest and deep knowledge of golf is required to be successful in this role.

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

      • Office environment, heavy computer use
      • Ability to work extended hours as needed
      • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of medium weight materials (up to 50 pounds)
      • Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.
      • Occasional domestic travel required

      TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 . Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
