      The Role

      The Associate Brand Manager is a skillful multi-tasker and an aspiring brand leader, responsible for supporting brand experience and integrated marketing efforts for Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and passionate brand builder seeking an exciting challenge with a globally recognized hospitality company.

      The Associate Brand Manager will support efforts to achieve short and long-term brand objectives, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional partners across the organization. Leveraging skills in brand management, integrated marketing, consumer insights, and project management, he/she will help to drive consistency within the brand’s portfolio of hotels and differentiate the Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt brands, managing marketing programs, brand partnerships, and revenue-driving promotions.

      More specifically, the Associate Brand Manager will:

      •Oversee day-to-day brand management of Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt brands, working collaboratively with the in-house creative team and other outside agencies to maintain brand experience guides, create/update all supporting materials (e.g., brand education resources, in-hotel collateral, local marketing templates, etc.), and develop compelling brand content.

      •Develop and deliver brand education and immersion materials, working to create brand champions across the organization.

      •Manage internal communications with regional teams and hotels.

      •In partnership with Senior Brand Manager and internal/external creative resources, provide oversight and guidance to brand, social, and local hotel photography/video shoots.

      •Manage planning, creative execution, and measurement of branded offers and marketing campaigns.

      •Contribute to brand experience workstreams and assist with the implementation of impactful in-hotel experiences and brand-aligned partnerships.

      •Partner with digital, social, public relations, field marketing, and hotel teams to ensure brands are communicated consistently and impactfully in all channels.

      •Conduct regular competitive research, monitor brand health and performance, and host shareouts with cross-functional teams.

      •Manage invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation.

      •A passion for brand building and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.

      •An eye for creativity and the ability to develop visually compelling and impactful presentations.

      •Detail-oriented multi-tasker who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

      •Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, with experience in digital campaign planning and social media activation.

      •Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams; solution-oriented communicator and inclusive collaborator.

      •A go-getter with a positive “can do” attitude.

      •Demonstrates commitment to Hyatt’s core values.

      •Ability to travel as required on a national and international basis (approximately 5-10%).

      Experience Required:

      •4+ years of brand marketing and/or brand management experience

      •Undergraduate degree required

      •Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      Experience Preferred:

      •Brand marketing and/or brand management experience within hospitality

      •Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or advertising

      •Experience working with regional/global partners

      •Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
