      Position Status: Permanent Full-Time


      Available: Immediately


      Description of the Position:
      The Associate, Brand Marketing will provide the highest level of support to the Brand Marketing team, with a specific focus on being the key liaison for projects led by the Stewardship and Donor Relations team, as well as the Activation team. The Associate will also work cross functionally with various fundraising teams to ensure the execution of project deliverables and work for all marketing materials. This position reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing.


      You will:
      • Collaborate and assist with the development and presentations of creative and project briefs
      • Act as the key liaison for the Stewardship and Donor Relations and Activation teams by receiving briefs and working with the internal Creative Services team on project management and creative development of assigned projects including but not limited to fundraising toolkit and event promotion assets
      • Support the Brand Marketing team by delivering projects for the Major Gifts and Gift and Estate Planning teams, including but not limited to stewardship reports, prospect cultivation pieces, one-pagers, recognition adverts and awareness campaigns
      • Support the Manager, Brand Marketing with strategic projects for the Corporate and Community Partnerships teams, including but not limited to Workplace Giving and Go Fundraise
      • Collaborate and assist the Brand Marketing team on the end-to-end acquisition campaign management process
      • Provide day-to-day support and act as a service-oriented point of contact to ensure the effective execution and delivery of marketing and communications initiatives
      • Deliver updates on status of tasks, and create supporting documentation
